1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cert Sensei, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your use of the Cert Sensei platform and brand, formally operating as a sole proprietorship. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscription and Billing

Our premium services are billed on a subscription basis ($60/month). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. Billing cycles are monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Cert Sensei cancels it. Payment processing is handled securely via Dodo Payments.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us. Automated scraping or dumping of our proprietary practice questions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Cert Sensei makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of the exam prep materials.
